We work in lockstep with the wider consultant team, anticipating problems before they arise and approaching all areas of design or procurement through the lens of how they will impact the client’s key drivers: programme, budget and quality.
Our focus is deliberately narrow: prime residential. This allows us to build deep relationships with the best designers, contractors and consultants, which is fundamental given the highly personal and bespoke nature of our projects. These relationships, built over years of mutual trust, collaboration and experience, allow us to hold ourselves and the wider team to a higher standard so that our clients get the best possible outcome for their project.
Acland’s 15 years’ experience and specialisation in high-end project delivery culminated in the founding of Priory Walk in 2023.
After reading Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh and opening two restaurants on London’s Kings Road, Acland started his real estate career as a project manager for a leading London developer. From there he moved to a super-prime contractor, running multiple projects across London, before heading up the project management arm of a private family office.
Having worked on both sides of the contractor/client relationship, Acland brings a rare grasp of how super-prime projects are delivered from every angle, from site procurement and design team appointment through to the end of defects. Bilingual in English and Italian, he now leads Priory Walk’s portfolio of projects across the UK and Italy.
Sean is a qualified architect whose training took him from a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture at University College Dublin to a Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice at the University of Greenwich. Before joining Priory Walk in 2024, he built his career across a range of high-end residential and commercial projects in London.
Sean brings a rare breadth of expertise that spans the full lifecycle of a project from design and planning through to technical delivery and contract administration. Having practised as an architect before moving into project management, he bridges the gap between creative ambition and practical execution. The dual perspective makes him a clear-eyed advocate for clients at every stage.
Jennifer specialises in managing complex residential projects, bringing over ten years of experience across architecture, interiors, and project delivery.
She began her career as an architect in Australia after completing her Master’s in Architecture at the University of Melbourne, gaining experience in bespoke residential architecture and sustainable design. Since moving to London in 2023, she has expanded her experience across super prime residential projects, joining Priory Walk in 2026.
She brings strong technical knowledge, a considered approach, and a collaborative mindset to delivering well-coordinated, high-quality projects.
